Peak Architects was formed in 2015 by architect Paul Holden; from the outset the ethos of the practice was to bring a fresh approach which is centred on client collaboration.
We have a growing reputation, and this is due to our talented and resourceful team who work in the belief that quality architecture comes about through client collaboration, good design, environmental awareness and innovation.
Clients trust us because we go out of our way to understand their needs and exceed their aspirations.
The construction industry respects us because we use cost-effective materials and building methods to make innovative architecture.
The practice work across a variety of sectors; and at all scales of development… no project is too small as we enjoy the challenge and collaboration within every project. We pride ourselves on a high degree of attention to detail and a flair for innovative and modern design.
The practice can offer the following professional services
The practice is led by Paul Holden; who has over 20 years experience within the architectural and construction industry and formed Peak Architects in 2012.
Having studied at both Manchester and Oxford, he continued his training by working as an Urban Designer in Montpellier, France and then a further year working directly for International award winning architect Kiyonori Kikutake in Tokyo, Japan. Subsequently his career has enabled him to work both nationally and on the continent in delivering high quality ‘award winning’ residential and commercial projects for both individuals and large companies.
Paul is married with one child; he relaxes by fell running unfortunately displaying more enthusiasm than talent.
