Working directly with the developer Seven Capital, a series of development options were prepared inconjunction with the land Agents and Seven Capitals in-house construction team.
The agreed proposal looked at providing a series of large 2 bedroom apartments, which occupied a whole floor of the existing refurbished building together with a terrace of 3 bedroom townhouses fronting onto the canal side. The site was linked by an elevated ground floor landscape courtyard, which was suspended over the basement parking level. The parking level provided direct access to the lift core in the apartment block and dedicated parking and access to the canalside houses.
The proposal delivered 5No x 2Bed apartments (@ 1750sqft/apartment) and 3No x 3Bed townhouses (@ 1550sqft/townhouses).
