Happy New Year from Peak Architects.

After a great Christmas break we are all back into the swing of work and what a start to the New Year!

We have just been commissioned to design and submit planning for two new build bespoke houses on separate sites in the Peak Park and South Yorkshire. In addition we have nine projects on site at the moment with our current supply chain of contractors fully employed. The projects that we have on site are:

• The Bank House, Hathersage - Restaurant and bar fit out in Hathersage
• Eaton Cottage - Conversion and extension of a traditional stone cottage in the Hope Valley
• Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield - Conversion and extension of a traditional Edwardian House
• Old Vicarage, Hope - Extension to provide contemporary Garden Room
• Clarkehouse Road, Sheffield - Residential Conversion and New build to the former Wakesmith Building
• Chatsworth learning Centre - conversion of a listed potting shed to provide a new education facility.
• Dukes Barn - Conversion and extension to provide new dining and kitchen facilities
• Old Vicarage, Barlow - construction of new glass link block
• Chatsworth Gardeners Hub - new mess, storage and drying facilities
