Process: Construction & On-site Client Advisor
What happens during the construction process?
Once the tender process has been completed and your preferred contractor has been selected, we work with both you and the contractor to refine the designs and make sure the project remains financially sound. Any updates agreed at this stage are captured in a Construction Drawing, which then forms part of the formal contract between you and your builder.
When construction begins on site, this is where your vision starts to take shape. The ideas, drawings and visualisations developed through earlier stages begin to turn into real spaces and your dream home takes shape in front of your eyes.
How we support you
Even the best-planned projects can encounter the unexpected once construction is underway. At this stage, we can visit site regularly to review progress and ensure everything is moving in the right direction.
We are available to answer questions, provide design guidance and support both you and the contractor with any decisions that arise. If issues or changes come up, we will work collaboratively with the site team to find practical solutions that maintain the integrity of your design and budget.
Think of us as your independent advisor during construction. Someone who understands your vision, knows the details inside out and is there to offer reassurance, advice, and direction whenever needed. Our role is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
Why this stage matters
The construction phase is often the most stressful part of a project. Having us by your side means you benefit from the experience and insight we’ve gained across many successful builds. Our involvement helps ensure your project runs smoothly, decisions are well-informed, and the result is exactly what you hoped for - a finished home that reflects the care, creativity, and ambition that went into its design.
