Working with the developer, Clowes Development, Peak Architects have been responsible for the development appraisal to assist in the purchase of the land on the former Matlock Ford workshop and sales plot adjacent to Matlock Town Football Club.

The proposed development will transform the site into 51 high quality one and two bed dwellings, spread, over four floors. with the addition of ground floor retail space. 

As part of the proposals, a new landscaped central courtyard, with dedicated access, will provide private parking and amenity space and the use of high quality materials to complement the existing street scene.  The facades take their reference from the nearby development 'Olde English' across Hall Leyes Park; the simplicity of form and regular grid to provide a consistent yet contemporary finish.
