Working with Bramante Architects; this project was filmed as part of a ‘fly on the wall’ documentary for BBC2 Television, which followed the project from its inception to completion for over a period of a year.
Funding for the building was raised, in part, by public fundraising by the client team and the architect, who persuaded local businesses and trades to invest in the project.

The interiors were innovative in their use of the Siemens I-bus system, which managed the controls within the building. The building was awarded the BBC Design Award in 1995.
The building provided flexible open plan office accommodation at first floor level with a reception and drop-in centre with associated consulting rooms on the ground floor.
