Peak Architects conducted an urban design analysis and feasibility study for the landowner. Our proposal delivered a residential led master planning with ground floor commercial space.
The initial concepts created a new urban square linking into adjacent new developments and proposed four distinct residential blocks providing 200 apartments. These were linked by two ground floor podium buildings providing commercial space and underground parking and private gardens above.
