As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for raising our profile to a wider target audience.
The position is office-based with flexible hours and will be a growing role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creation and publishing of content/campaigns on a variety of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
- Create, develop and manage content for the company website
- Shape our creative vision by proposing new ideas, social media/marketing strategies, and unique ways to engage our target audience
- Maximise online engagement & lead generation
- Provide regular, actionable reporting on website and social media performance
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing strategies and processes
The Candidate:
- At least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with major social media platforms & website management
- Creative and detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of SEO practices
- Target driven
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Time management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player
- Understanding of construction/creative sectors an advantage
