Peak Architects have recently completed the extension of the former ‘Sandvik’ building on the Holbrook Industrial Estate. In addition to a simple linear extension of the main warehouse to provide additional warehousing and workspace, Peak Architects were asked to create a new entrance building providing dedicated staff and visitor entrances, mess and restroom facilities.

Peak Architects proposal creates a dynamic steel framed pavilion which contrasts with the main warehouse and act as a focal point upon entry to the site. The client and staff are delighted with the building with Hill Pumps director Dominic Hewins saying 'the building has been greatly admired by both staff and visitors to the site and creates a real statement of intent for Hill Pumps as business'.
