October continues to be a productive month for Peak Architects with 3 new projects starting on sites across three planning authorities (Sheffield, Peak Park and NE Derbyshire). The projects range from the conversion of the former Wake Smith building on Clarkehouse Road, Sheffield providing unique luxury apartments to the construction of a fully glazed link block to the Listed Old Vicarage in Barlow, Derbyshire.
In addition we are about to go into contract on three projects all within the Peak Park with construction anticipated to start in December 2017. Two of the projects are for a new education centre and gardeners Hub at the Grade 1* listed Chatsworth House with completion anticipated to be Easter 2018.
Peak Architects Director Paul Holden commented 'the diversity of projects across our offices is a testament to our growing reputation to provide innovative designs that are both deliverable and affordable'.
