Peak Architects were approached to convert this 1904 listed property back into one house, previously divided into two. The proposed design seamlessly re-linked the main home to the coach house with the replication of original doorways, corridors and flooring; replacement and restoration of existing roofs, windows and interior period features.
Working in partnership with kitchen designer and manufacturer, My Father's Heart, the extension included the transformation of the coach house into a contemporary, open plan family kitchen with vaulted ceiling and skylight features. The existing house was re-modelled to bring the two houses into the one dwelling.
Peak Architects also worked with the client to co-ordinate the interior decoration and installation of new bathrooms as well as the external landscaping, new entrance gates and driveway.
